More Info...The green lane of Strata Florida is one of the most well-known off-road routes in Wales, taking adventurers through some of the most stunning and rugged countryside in the Cambrian Mountains.
The route quickly leads into remote, open moorland and rolling hills. The track becomes increasingly challenging as it climbs through mountainous terrain, offering breathtaking views over the valleys and forests below.
Expect a mix of gravel paths, rocky sections, muddy tracks, and some water crossings along the way. The remote feel of the lane is a major draw for offroad enthusiasts, as it winds through largely untouched areas of Mid Wales.
- The routes are rated moderate to technical which may be scratchy in certain areas, making them suitable for vehicles with All Terrain or Mud Terrain tyres.
- A fully equipped support vehicle will be provided.
- PMR radios will be available for the tour.
- Please bring a packed lunch, as we’ll take a break in the wilderness to eat.
- This is a 4×4 adventure, so some light scratching or minor damage to vehicles, such as alloy wheels, may occur.
- Not included are drinks, lunch and accommodation.
